FAQs - Birthday Parties
Yes. You may bring a regular cake, cupcakes, cookie cake, or donuts in place of cake. We do not allow ice cream, ice cream cakes, or any other outside food or beverages.
- Do I need to include the birthday child in my “Number of Guests” when making my reservation?
Yes. The “Number of Guests” you reserve for your party should include all who will be participating in the party package activities.
- Do I need to include adults in my “Number of Guests” when making my reservation?
Adults should only be included in your number of guests IF they will be participating in the party package activities. If the adults are just attending, do not include them in your number.
- Can I make changes to the ”Number of Guests” for my party after I have made my party reservation?
Yes. You have until noon on the Friday before your scheduled birthday party to call us & change the number of guests; however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to add more lanes if your party package includes bowling.
- Can I add additional guests on the day of the party?
You may add additional guests on the day of the party, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to add more lanes for your Bowling Blast, Deluxe Blast, or Ultimate Blast party.
Laser Blast & Arcade Blast packages can easily add additional guests on the day of the party as long as the number does not exceed the 24 person max.
- Can I change my party package and/or chosen attraction on the day of the party?
No. Party packages and/or the chosen attraction for your party may not be changed on the day of the party.
- Does my party package include time in the party area?
Time in the party area is ONLY included for Laser Blast & Arcade Blast party packages and is NOT available to be added on to other party packages.
- How many tables will I have for my party?
For Bowling Blast, Deluxe Blast, and Ultimate Blast packages, the number of tables depends on the number of guests reserved. We do our best to put no more than 5 people per lane for our birthday party packages.
There are usually 5-6 tables for seating in the party area for Laser Blast & Arcade Blast packages.
- Will there be extra tables available for the parents of my party guests?
No. The space reserved for your party depends on the number of guests for which you reserve.
- Can I get a lane beside my party for adults?
We cannot hold lanes for adults in addition to your birthday party lanes. However, you may book a Group Reservation (2 lane minimum) online if lanes are available. We will do our best to make sure the birthday party lanes and the group reservation lanes are beside each other, but this cannot be guaranteed.
